How long will shipping take?

Canada: Est. delivery 3-5 business days

USA: Est. delivery 2-6 business days (tracked)
5-12 business days (untracked)

International/Worldwide: Est. delivery 5-22 days or longer as shipping internationally can be unpredictable.

Where do you ship from/What are your processing times?
I am located in BC, Canada. Orders are generally sent out once a week!

Do you accept refunds?
All sales are final however, I will try my best to help with your order if you run into any issues at all. If your package arrives damaged in any way, please contact me with photo evidence. Unfortunately, if your package has been lost, it is out of my control after I send it off to the post office.

I ordered a pre-order item and an item that is in stock. When will it be shipped?
All orders will be automatically combined and shipped out once the pre-order item is available.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Please contact your local post office for any additional questions.

**Note to UK/EU customers**
Bigcartel does not automatically collect VAT/customs. Any orders may be subject to Value-added Tax/VAT upon arrival into your country. By ordering through bigcartel, you agree that it is your responsibility for paying these fees.
