- As of Dec 14th, 2024 countries listed under the EU Union has implemented new GSPR regulations, making it difficult for me to ship non-paper goods to those countries as well, so sorry for the inconvenience! ><
Why is my country not listed under the shipping options?
If your country is not currently available under the shipping options and you are not from Germany or th EU Union, feel free to contact me to check and I will add your country to the options if it is possible.
How long will shipping take?
Canada: Est. delivery 2-12 business days (untracked)
2-6 business days (tracked)
USA: Est. delivery 2-6 business days (tracked)
5-12 business days (untracked)
International/Worldwide: Est. delivery 5-35 business days or longer as shipping times internationally can be unpredictable. Please be patient with your package, thank you!Where do you ship from/What are your processing times?
Please keep in mind that there may be exceptions to delivery times and these timelines may not be 100% accurate. Expect delays if your package has not yet arrived and tracking still shows in transit.
I am located in Canada. Orders are generally sent out once or twice a week, usually on a Tuesday or Friday!
Do you accept refunds?
All sales are final however, I will try my best to help with your order if you run into any issues at all. If your package arrives damaged in any way, please contact me with photo evidence. Unfortunately, if your package is untracked and has been lost in transit, it is out of my control after I send it off to the post office.
If you suspect your package has been stolen or delivered to the incorrect address, please reach out to your local post office with your tracking number.
I ordered a pre-order item and an item that is in stock. When will it be shipped?
All orders will be automatically combined and shipped out once the pre-order item is available.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Please contact your local post office for any additional questions.
Bigcartel does not automatically collect VAT/customs. Any orders may be subject to Value-added Tax/VAT upon arrival into your country. By ordering through bigcartel, you agree that it is your responsibility for paying these fees.
If you prefer to have VAT/customs calculated and paid beforehand, I highly recommend processing your order through Etsy to avoid any delays on your package.
